Are you up to date with the latest developments in social media and web 2.0 functionality? What are the best ways your organisation can connect, both internally and externally? How can your organisation ensure you are making best use of new media to better serve your beneficiaries?

    Date: Monday 24 November 2008
    Time: 09.30am-4.30pm
    Venue: NCVO Conference Suite, London

“We have recently seen a huge change in the way in which we connect with our audiences. The rise in new media, new ideas, new networks and new technologies has led to techniques such as blogging, podcasting, wikis and twittering. Harnessing the potential of web 2.0 can seem daunting at first, but embracing new media can improve the way voluntary and community organisations communicate, advocate, campaign and provide services to their beneficiaries.”
