    The local World AIDS Day Ceremony will be taking place today (1st December 2008) at St John’s

    Church, Town Centre, Blackpool where the church spire will be a backdrop for a spectacular light show, video presentation and music provided by Blackpool Council’s illuminations department from 4pm to 6pm.

    Light refreshments will be available inside the church.

    The actual ceremony will take place at 5.00 pm in the church vestibule.
